Annoying, yes. Real problem for which medical treatment is necessary, probably not, unless you managed to perforate some tissues in your butt, which is unlikely. If you notice that the poo is really bloody, get yourself to a hospital, but real damage due to normal use of a dildo is not likely.

Diarrhea comes from the digestive system which preceeds the anal canal. U perhaps had soft stool anyways. I wouldnt read too much into it other than the dildo maybe just opened up the anal cavity for the stool to come out easier. Thats my guess.

Really, it's probably just your body expelling the lube that you used. Especially if you didn't clean yourself out completely before. I doubt that there is a need for immediate concern.
