After searching for other instances of the images with TinEye, I was only able to identify two of them.

• The fourth is from a shoot of model Andy Speer for the gay Australian magazine DNA
• The eighth is a photo of bodybuilder Jim Romagna

Sorry that I couldn't be more help. Some of these I would love to know more about, as well.
