I saw a guy wearing this in a gym I use to go to and had no idea what it was or what it was about. Then it was explained to me what it was and to be honest, I was completely horrified.

I'd never do it permanently but wearing one for small bits of time isn't that bad. Some people do it because the pleasure sensation after a week or so builds up and makes for a nice experience once taken off.
