Has anybody got a reply to a question posted on the P&h forum.I asked why it only loads every other picture.You have to go over the upload again and again.I've tried making the pics all the same size but that is no good.In nearly 2 weeks nobody has replied.Maybe Iv'e got something catching.

Interestingly enough wintertime, I seem to have been having a different problem with Pimp and Host. All of my uploads to this picture host appear twice instead of only every other image all of my uploads appear doubled.

Not an answer for you wintertime but perhaps we can garner the attention of someone with an answer to this erratic behavior.

I too have become somewhat dismayed with P&H. "Supports Multiple Images" NOT. I always preferred to post multiple pics to give members a true sense of what the set was about. I have resorted to posting one sample pic because I frankly don't have the time to go through the failed uploads. Threads like Amateur Pic Sets where uploading them all to P&H is the norm it is virtually impossible to download them 5 or 10 minutes to create a link for 5 pics is crazy, it's quicker to save each individually. As for sets with 30-40 pics forget it you never get a link. I guess my biggest questions is "why". Before you could upload multiple images with relative easye and without "failure". Before you could download the whole set with speed and ease but no more. What has changed? What has P&H had to say about any of this? Somebody chose P&H as the forums primary image host, is there any communication with anybody at P&H and has the forum maybe considered another image host that can handle multiple uploads and downloading of complete folders/sets in a "reasonable" amount of time. As it stands right now I feel P&H is doing a real disservice to the forum members, just saying.

Those of us who live in parts of SE Asia cannot access P&H directly at all and have to use a proxy, and I've never succeeded in downloading a zipped set this way. An alternative to avoid multiple uploads is to create a contact sheet for your posts. You can do this with ACDSee (not free) or Irfanview (free) or Google for "Contact sheet software free" for more options. If you use one of the hundreds of image hosts which have a direct link option, you end up with a full-size preview image which gives members a clear idea of what the set contains. I usually select 4 or 6 representative images but you can create a CS using all the images which would be appropriate for "Collections". The images can then be uploaded to a file host and a link provided in the usual way.

When I try to upload multiple images, it usually work for the 4 or 5 first one, and after that, it fail for 1 image every 2...
When I use it to upload one image only, it's OK, but if I want to do it faster, and click again to add another image while it's uploading the previous one, it fail again on the previous.
Any idea ?
