are you referring to mile-high club? AFAIK, it is almost impossible to have sex in airplane's lavatory because it's so small and cramped unless you fly first class because at some airlines they configure the first and business class lavatories bigger than coach's. I have two good friends who work as Flight Attendants at different airlines and both confirm that they always check and knock on the lavatory door every 10 minutes if they see it's occupied
I used to do the overnight NYC to Sao Paulo / Rio run on occasion. It would have been very possible to get into some hanky panky on those flights. The outbound run frequently was near empty. You'd have entire rows empty. Then they would turn the cabin lights off for most of the trip. A bj would have been easy to perform. If with a bud and so inclined, I'd just move to an unoccupied area of the plane.
This never happened to me and never occured to me, never even thought about it. I just remember thinking 'How does this airline make money if the plane is empty?"
