Look, I know this UGLY ass video quality might be bothersome to y'all, but this is the type of video I fuck with. Any chance that any of y'all recognize this vid? Or perhaps, a better quality version of this?

That looks like a very early S.e.a.n. C.o.d.y. clip when SC used to service the models himself. Sorry I don't know the model's name.
