Well the question is why can't you download PNG images... and the answer is that you can just rename the file as a .Jpg format

When you save an image and see the save dialog, click SAVE AS TYPE and choose ALL FILES. Then rename your pic file to whatever extension you like, like jpg. However, after u save it, it's recommended to rename it back to PNG to avoid any unwanted viewing problem. You can use ACDSee (to view, rename, etc).
