Porn performer Jason Creed (real name Shane Michael Thompson) is back in legal trouble. It was well-reported back in 2010 that Thompson had killed his dog in FL and was caught, later sentenced to 3 months in prison after he pled guilty. 10 years later, and he's been arrested again in CO for animal cruelty.
Here's the first story from 2013 (although the incident occurred in 2010):

A man, who authorities say is a porn star from Boca Raton, has turned himself in to start serving a sentence for animal cruelty.
In November, Shane Thompson, 22, pled guilty to beating his dog to death and had until this week to turn himself in. Thompson went by the name Jason Creed in porn videos.
Authorities said in October 2010, he beat to death his one-year-old dog named Moonshine. Moonshine was part wolf, part dog. Investigators said Thompson took the dog’s body to a veterinary clinic in Boca Raton to have the dog’s body cremated. But Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control got a tip that Moonshine had died as a result of abuse.
Before the cremation took place, they got the dog’s remains from the vet, did a necropsy and found Moonshine was beaten multiple times and had several fractures and bruises.
Thompson pled guilty to animal cruelty. Although the charge carries a maximum five years in prison, he got three months in the county jail. The head of Animal Care and Control is not satisfied with that sentence. “Neither am I, WTF are these judges thinking…3 months?”?
“I believe the prosecutors work very hard for us. But this is a case I am really disappointed in. I certainly think that three months is laughable,” said Dianne Sauve, Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control director. “It is disgraceful that a man can beat a dog to death & only get 3 months jail…bloody shop lifters would get more!”
Sauve said Thompson should have been sentenced to at least one year behind bars, and should have been ordered not to have contact with animals for the rest of his life.
She said after he does three months in jail, followed by three years probation, he can legally have another pet dog again, which she finds unacceptable. “It is totally unacceptable; I’m starting to think some judges just don’t like dogs, or they don’t have the balls to use the sentences available to them!”
And here's the story from October 8, 2019:

A Lafayette man accused of failing to provide adequate care for the 10 pitbulls, two chinchillas, two boa constrictors and a bearded dragon he was living with in a garage is set for trial in 2020.
Shane Michael Thompson, 29, on Sept. 20 pleaded not guilty to 17 counts of felony animal cruelty and is set for a weeklong trial beginning Feb. 24.
Thompson also pleaded not guilty to charges of witness tampering related to the animal cruelty charges but filed as a separate case. Boulder District Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Shannon Carbone said prosecutors have filed a motion to have both cases tried jointly, and for now the cases have been scheduled for trial in the same week.
Thompson, who is free on $5,000 bond in the animal cruelty case and $25,000 bond in the witness tampering case, also is set for a review hearing on Nov. 8 and a motions hearing on Jan. 14.
According to an arrest affidavit, Thompson’s roommates on March 14 told police they were attacked by Thompson’s pitbulls, with one of the roommates suffering a broken arm and lacerations that required surgery.
That report led to police serving a warrant at the house, where police discovered Thompson lived in a garage with three adult pitbulls, seven pitbull puppies, two boa constrictors, two chinchillas, a bearded dragon and some fish.
Police said most of the animals were underfed, had injuries and were held in cages or containers that were too small and were not cleaned.
All of the animals were seized.
Following his arrest in that case, police said Thompson and a friend reached out to the two housemates following Thompson’s arrest and tried to get them to change their story by either saying the injuries were not caused by the dogs or that the dogs were provoked.
Thompson following his arrest was advised by a judge not to have contact with any of the witnesses in his case as a condition of his bond.
I can forgive a lot of people for a lot of things. But repeated animal abuse is something I can't fathom. At least it doesn't sound like he was attacking his animals, but who knows? As a long-term dog owner, I feel terrible thinking about all the animals who are not loved and cherished as we love and cherish our amazing doggie.
Jason Creed was an excellent and attractive porn performer; Shane Thompson is a very troubled human being.
