Preferred file host for uploaders?

I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I'm going to ask it again! I liked uploaded.net but I'm having a hard time getting paid from them..so I switched to Rapid Gator and almost no one is downloading my videos anymore. Not sure why, as downloaders which host do you prefer to download from? And as uploaders, what do you prefer to use?

Can't download anything from Zippyshare or Rapidgator, so i prefer Uploaded.

Free downloads are best from ZippyShare, Uploadable, Mega

I upload to ZippyShare and Uploadable but I can't say whether they are good for uploaders' 'rewards' as I don't participate with those programs due to where I live

I am a little shocked that you are not getting the download hits on Rapidgator like you did before. I see RG used all over this forum and others. RG has been pretty regularly used by the major uploaders here for over a year now. I don't personally recall looking at your thread(s), but perhaps it is your content? If you look at fECHE, MariO & Zepher - they all use RG (plus others) so I have to imagine that they are getting the download hits they need to make it worth their while to use RG.

It all depends on the purpose for which you are sharing files in the forum.

In my case I use Zippyshare because it is fast and you can download multiple files at once without waiting time and captcha, but most importantly it is completely free.

Is the only host that does not has the option "Premium".

I really liked Uploaded until I tried (and I'm still trying) to withdraw money from it. There are four options: an Amazon.de (Germany) gift card, which has to be spent on the German site (making shipping like, what, $30?), an Amazon.com gift card, which does not work and provides an error message in German, WebMoney, which is a site I've never heard of, and that is mostly in Russian and who won't contact me back to explain how it works, and now BitCoins which I'm not familiar with and didn't really want to get familiar with! Oh well. I think this last option is going to have to cut it somehow. Trying to figure out how it works. Thanks you guys. If nothing else, I now have a Christmas present for my friend in Germany

But i cannot ever get any movie that i try to download. out of 20 attempts to download movies i get the web page saying that the "file has been removed" 19 times out of the 20 attempts. Not only that i get denial of service from GH for all the picture downloads on each page and for moving to the next pages of video listings.

Rarely ZS has removed my files for no apparent reason. You probably tried to download some files inactive for more than 30 days. Only then the links are inaccessible.

When this happened the members have requested and obtained the re-upload.

Do not forget that ZS is totally free, so it is normal that if the files remain inactive for a long time, are removed.

It seems like a lot of people favor ZippyShare. I think I'll start using that.
