Agreed. What's better than real home made chips instead of all the greasy and tasteless crap we find in grocery stores stacked in bags twice as large as their content? Slicing potatos that you fry in peanut oil and dry in the oven, what's easier to do? Add your own personal favorite accompaniments, me it's mostly jalapeno, parmesan, sea salt and/or sour cream (depends on my moods), and you have the best chips you can wish for, for a fraction of the price you pay for a less than a half full bag of Lays.
