problem with a pay site

hey guys
i saw a clips i wanted from a wired straight porn site, after a while i disided what the hell and boght the clip, i got an email with the url to download the clip but it didnt worked (i know that some peopel got that file cause i saw there replay on a form).
anyway i send an email to the webmaster of the site and told him the problem, it been 24 hours and i havent got any replay from him, not even something like "i will check it out", since the pay was with paypal i know i can start a dispoit with paypal to get my money back.
my quistion is how much time do i need to give the webmaster to replay before starting a dispiot and do you think i can really get my money back?

I would say that 48 hours would be a reasonable time to allow for a reply, 72 hours max., as depending which country the site is based there could be a 12 hr time difference for a start... if you haven't had a reply by then I suggest you contact Paypal

thanks i just send a dispoit with paypal and i few min later i got a msg from the site my order was canceld but still no refound i will wait a few days and then see what happen

i got to say, paypal is great
i got a refund to my credit card with no problems or thrubls
and the owner of the site said that i should try to rebuy the file when he get back from veaction
