Problems with Firefox

Hi

I usually browse through Firefox but have had problems logging in today so have had to use chrome.

Any ideas what the problem might be?

Emty temporery internet files in browser options. I moderate with Firefox and there is no wrong and error

You can delete the files Lord Voddler talks about by pressing ctrl-shift-del or selecting "Clear recent history" from the "Tools" menu. I recommend you clear history and cookies.

I've always had trouble with the new versions of Firefox. They take up all the resources and don't let them go. I know it has something to do with certain anti virus software and firewalls. Possibly video cards also, because I have the same problem if I boot into windows XP or Linux.

I've been using Firefox in all of its iterations for over 5 years now, and haven't yet had any issue - and I use a very robust firewall and AV program, and do a great deal of video editing with professional video and audio cards that use considerable resources when in use. My guess is that you have something amiss with the RAM set in your machine.
