i have been trying to post a profile pic but it say "The Dimension limits for this filetype are 100 x 100. We were unable to resize your file so you will need to do so manually and upload it again."

what do i need to do to fix this

Use something like the Microsoft "Paint" app. to re-size the pic... several other photo managers like Pimpandhost will let you re-size.
