I use a p-spot plug. It works wonders reaching that special spot and is great when you pop it in and grind it against your spot. Before I got it would use makeshift dildos (handle of a hairbrush, etc) or my thumb. I found using your thumb and rotating your hand can get you to push right up against it. I'd go doggy style and have my hand reach around.
