Could Someone please help me to understand exactly how, when, and what part of the following rule is implemented ? 4.3. We encourage all members to leave constructive and useful comments, but please don't flood posts with simple "thanks" ; "great" ; "very hot" or similar one, two or three word trivial comments. They will be deleted without any notice! Instead, use the handy thanks button to convey your appreciation.
The reason I ask is as follows: I see many one, two, and three word replies to certain posts in the adult streaming area that have part of this rule edited into them (in blue writing), and the reply stands, edited. Then other replies to certain posts containing one, two and three words are simply deleted without notice.... Thanks for helping me to better understand this rule

the purpose of that one or two word reply statement is to avoid flooding the threads with just a word or two when they can click the "thanks" button,,,also to avoid people who want to raise their post total through posting this sort of thing...In certain discussion threads you can see we permit a one or two word reply when that is all it may call for.. Often we must assess abuse by the degree to which someone is doing something such as a quick reply

Not exactly the answer to what I was asking.....Perhaps I didn't ask the question clearly enough but thanks for at least replying......... And it's really not important enough to dwell on it
