Why do 99% of you guys upload on RS?
taht place is such a bitch, specially when it comes to downloading.
It never lets me download. IDK how yall do it

If you don't have a premium account (which is cheap!) you'll need to sign off & on the net between each download. Worth the few pennies

Or sean you could create a collectors account and upload your vids to it, then post them on the forum.

Once you have enough points you can use them to create your very own premium account.

After that it's just a question of posting one or two vids a day and you will always have enough points coming in to keep your premium account active.

The truth is that so many people use RapidSuck because it's the biggest and oldest service out there, not because it's the best, but because its the most popular. Like Nietzsche said, People are cattle with a herd mentality and will follow where ever the others lead. It's like when you see a car commercial and they say "The Ford F-150 Americas best selling truck 7 years in a row" People think if it's the best seller it's what they should get. It dosen't matter they really don't need a pick-up they want it because everyone else is getting one. People are Cattle.

I don't have a premium account, nor do I have an issue with RapidShare. It's all I've ever downloaded from (with a few exceptions) and if you have patience then there's no issue. Quite frankly, I'm not paying for the porn with money. So it's not going to kill me to pay with time.

Thank you to ALL posters, regardless of what upload service you use. After all, you're providing us with what we want, at no cost. So an ENORMOUS Thank You to you all. Feel free to use whatever upload service is best for you - after all, you're doing all of us a favour. :-D

No Premium! Ever.

Yeah, I also don't have a Premium Account for Rapidshare, Sendspace or Megaupload. Therefore they make you wait about and hour between downloads.

I just search for the clips and movies with only 1 part, or no more than 2 or 3 segments.

I downloaded a "FULL" with 12 parts once and it took me several days and I ended up not even liking the movie.

I have nothing to complain about. You guys are the greatest and are performing a great service for me no matter how many parts there are.

Rapidshare tracks the usage by IP addresses, so your IP address has to be renewed in order to beat the 1 hour waiting time between downloads.

Before I had a premium RS account, I used this procedure in order to "hack" my way into RS and download all I wanted.

However, I did what Will recommends and that is create a collector's account and upload your stuff to it. When people download your files, you'll get points. In the last 20 or so days, I've gotten enough points to extend my premium account by four months without having to pay for it!

BTW: What exactly happens whenever it won't let you download? Does it happen when you download your first file of the day? Do you see an error message? Do you get an incomplete file?

@seancmovies: buy a 3-mnths account (i think this 1 better than 1 month) then u can use RS easier, upload movies and u can earn points easily to extend it because i support ur blog and alot people will support u

i stay on campus and they lock everything from rapidshare,megaupload to sendspace, easyshare and to get around i have to buy an account and use free proxies. The dilemma is that most of my favorite movies are uploaded to RS while my favorite seancody and other clips are in sendspace, megaupload. Even each site account may be cheap, i cant buy all of them at the same time right? im just a student but i love all those movies and clips. poor me (

I think as all these videos are free, buying a premium account is worthy, considering the fast downloading speed, and the time (and energy) saved. Rapidshare is the most used also because you can upload a full movie in one link only (only for premium users). I used other premium services like sendspace, megaupload, but I must say Rapidshare gives me the best value for money (and speed!).

If you have Cable or DSL (something thats always connected) I've found this handy little Russian program that works great, Its a universal downloader. I just copy and past a bunch of links to it , hit start and go to bed or work and it does all the work for me. For rapidshare I set the controls to retry the link every 3 min. til it connects. It dosen't make the downloads any faster it just lets me download when I'm away from my computer.

Hey guys..this is my first day on these forums and i love it..only prob is im not very good with all the computer talk and get confused easuly..my mian problem is i cant seem to join any files..have trued with hj split which used to work but now it wont for me..any help would be much appreciated...thanks in advance..Cxx

I know from visiting many Forums , that Rapidsahre Rules, but Megaupload is quite popular and lately Easyshare .
Personally I like Rapidshare, I open a Free account started uploading and I get points to redeem and earn a Premium Account. Only thing is that I have to keep uploading as the PRem Acct expires every month.
