Judging by the uniform compared to the ones of Models he would be real. Secondly he appears to be at the football stadium in Zaragoza, Spain. Blue railing in front of his beautiful crotch would be the same as there. My Guess would be this is outside the actual stadium because of the wall behind him. Still just a slightly educated guess...
