Real Downloader and Firefox

I'm glad u posted this because I am having this problem now and I thought it was my PC.

Firefox is known to often be incompatible with Realdownloader. It's one of the main reasons I still keep Internet Explorer on my computer (I just use Firefox and then when I find a cool vid, pop open IE, copy/paste the url and use Realdownloader on the video.)
You can get it to work though. Mine in working right now but I had to change things in the preferences section of Realdownloader. What exactly is your problem? Is the Realdownloader tab not popping up at the top of the vid or does it keep cancelling mid-save (this was my problem), or something else?

That is exactly my problem...the Realdownloader tab is not popping up at the top of the vid...do u happen to have a solution to this...thanks...

same trouble here, very frustrating but I despise IE and have way too many problems there.
Does Chrome maybe have better compatibility with Realdownloader?

Chrome is better to use with Realdownloader. For whatever reason, Firefox seems incompatible with it...even if you can get it to function, it will still have issues down the pike.
