How is that possible?? I tried but no luck for me... But that 15 sec waiting time is good thing

Unless you have a fixed IP address (most broadband connections do not) you can overcome this in the following way: before trying the next download, minimize your connection screen, then switch off your router & turn it back on again. That gives you a new IP address, so the file-share provider treats your next download as coming from a new connection. Maximise your connection screen back up again, then go to the next file you want to download.
