LOL. How did you get the YouTube video in your siggy as well? I tried to do that with around the link and it didn't work.I have the same problem myself sometimes!

ok so here is a full link of a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rj1v5tXs9Jo then for the section you need to copy and paste the section after the equal sign which in this case would be the rj1v5tXs9Jo lol. then you go under "advanced" and look for the yahoo embed and then paste the number/letter combo in the inside brackets. try it and see if that works

I rechecked the sizes and it should be high enough for avatars and sigs. Please try to shrink the size to fit by making the image smaller or decreasing the quality.
