Never been, but to my understanding, it's a very gay friendly touristy area, like Provincetown in US.
If that's part of your trip, keep in mind that Sitges is part of Catalan-speaking Spain. I'm sure you could score big with the local studs by genuinely trying to speak in their often-over-looked native tongue.

I've been to Sitges, it was a few years ago, and went twice. It was extremely gay friendly - well it's probably better to ask if it was straight friendly
You'll meet every nationality, every age group, every shape & size. You can have as much or as little fun as you wish Made some nice friends while I was there, I know I'm quite open anyway, but it's certainly easy to meet people and make friends.
Be prepared never to sleep, well that goes for any holiday in Spain

That's like any holiday place, it's only a fairly small town, but from probably May to September it's quite packed.
The other good thing is that it's close to Barcelona , which is a lovely city to just walk around.

It's been a few years since I was there, but it was amazing. Boys are super hot, the club scene is amazing, nude beach is fun to. Although the gay only nude beach is way out of the way.

It has train station with easy link to Barcelona and airport. Great restaurants. Good nightlife and is very gay friendly. Main gay beach is in town. Nudist beach about a mile walk
