i was watching wrestling today, and these guys dicks were sooo tiny, but i understand, in combat they shrink, is that a protective measure? is it natural? save the penis? lol

Testicles need a lower temperature than the rest of the body: that's why they are outside the abdomen. When it's too cold, they go up, so that the temperature is optimal for the sperm... That's for the nuts...
For the penis... Well, there we have a tissue that is very elastic. It is so elastic that the "growers" can go from a 2" dick to a 8" with an erection. And lets think about what cold makes to everything else: it makes things shrink... So, cold is a little part of the explanation.
In the specific case of wrestlers, as Thor said, it's a safety lock. Go figure: you go into a fight with someone, and your dick and nuts are hanging around and moving like crazy. This makes them a more vulnerable spot for a kick and, if a strong move happens, you can even hurt yourself.

yeah but what if it is just in that way? dont get things wrong, mine is average... xD id rather it a bit larger but its ok jaja.

Anyway, this is what i mean. The size can vary a lot depending of the person and thats not a thing we have to care, is it? well, there are limits but... Here in spain people say the average is 15-17 cm but if its 12 or 19 its ok, at least in my opinion... And anyway its true, larger usually are more exciting but i prefer to think in the form before the size... And what about getting hard? Some could look like very small but when the boy is horny it can grow more than we think, its all depending

Actually not usually, at least from what I've seen. I don't know about "professional" entertainment wrestling but wrestling leagues and what not typically wear the one piece uniform that leaves little to nothing to the imagination. Like cycling, it isn't uncommon to see complete outlines of everything going on down there.

As a side note, isn't the whole shrinkage thing called sport dick? I know I've heard it before....
