we have tear ducts? ok bad joke
if your asking why we make ppl cry, than its an emotional thing....i cry when i hear a song sometimes...and i cant explain why but it does make me feel better to cry at times lol
but if your asking: why we as ppl do things to make ppl cry in anguish? I think almost all ppl are just loving and caring when they are just by themselves but when we get in groups we loose that...and become someone else
individuals don't hurt the world....groups of them do
but to answer you question: because we don't care? i really have no clue i baffles me endlessly
