Not dead, just postponed... Seems that no one wants to touch this thing this close to an election. It's political suicide...

This is even more sinister, because it's presented in a way that anyone opposing it will look like a complete douche...

What appears to be a bill aimed at protecting children is in reality an attack on your privacy.

It would require ISP's to keep a record of all your web activity and provide it to the government without a warrant or notifying you...

Bill is pulled but look at the acts of the FBI in the past few days. There is no need to even have the bill as long as the Fed Cops are doing that activity without it.

Title 18 amendments are far more concerning from a personal privacy concern. Just remember, every activity you do in the internet can be doented by someone.

That's the first I heard of that bill. What's the current status on it anyway? It was introduced back in May of 2011.

It's already passed and now awaits a final vote as far as I know...
