I've had this happened a few times recently. I've downloaded a file and when I have opened it, I've got the sound and no picture. I am using windows media to play the file and have even tried converting the file to another type, but I still have the same problem. Is it just me or have others had the same experience? It's incrediblely frustrating. I have very slow internet speed and some of the files can take hours to download.

I haven't had that problem but I haven't really downloaded much recently.... might help if you can detail which clips you are having problems with?
One thing to try is an alternative player... if you google VLC player and KMPlayer you will find links to them - they are both very good and FREE!! :thumbs up:
