You may like this cartoon then, the artist always draws Nigel Farage, an windbag English politician, as the snake in Jungle Book, it does look like him, forked tongue and all.

I know little about Nigel Farage, I've only seen some of his intervention on Youtube, one of which I absolutely agree, especially in what has denounced the European parliament, what is believed to be the rollover of greek and Italian governments to establish "Puppet Government", accusing, among others, the European Council President Herman Van Rompuy of never having been elected to represent 500 million people, also stating that his charisma is "equal to that of a wet rag."
Our Nigel can certainly 'talk the talk'. He has the sort of personality that could convince a cat that it was a dog. Speaking with a forked tongue is at it's most effective when it does not mean telling lies but telling the truth in such a deciteful way that the meaning is whatever the speaker wants it to be. He is good at it.

I will not go into the merits whether politically is reliable or not, I repeat, as far as what I reported in my post, about Greece and Italy, he said absolutely the truth. Then if you are convinced to the contrary, all right.
