I know that each of you averse able to on such organizations and that it GayHeaven (thankfully) a forbidden topic, but this is a discussion forum and wanted this story to share with you.

MARTIJN Association
MARTIJN Association was a Dutch association sought legal and social acceptance of sexual relationships between adults and children.
The association was criticized because of the positive position on pedophilia.
On June 27, 2012 the court in Assen has banned the association.
The court found sexual contact between adults and children in conflict with the generally accepted norms and values that apply in the Dutch society.
The association was immediately dissolved though they had a right to appeal within three months.
On April 2, 2013 this ban was overturned by the court in Leeuwarden, after the union had gone on appeal.
On April 18, 2014 the Supreme Court over turned this ruling to the Supreme Court and upheld the decision of the court in Assen.
Origin and history
The organization was founded in 1982 in Hoogeveen. The original idea of Martijn came from a certain Theo, when he was in prison for a sexual offense in
's-Hertogenbosch. While serving his sentence, he had the idea to start an association or foundation to pedophiles who had experienced the same or experienced as he was, to bring through apublication together. Even from prison, he began publishing the magazine Martijn (the precursor of OKmagazine).
The magazine was put together by three friends in Hoogeveen.
After Theo pulled out, a new club formed by the initiative of someone known as 'Dove'.
This led in November 1982 for official registration of the association Martijn through the notary at the Chamber of Commerce. The association was sonamed after the magazine Martijn.
Viewpoints
The Association Martijn felt that erotic contacts and mutually enjoyable experience as sexual relations between adults and children are not harmful and should be socially accepted.
The statutes and though this was not stated so explicitly on the website: the association chose terms like "olderyouth relations" and "physical intimacy."
From the website, however, it became clear that it focused mainly on sexual relationships and contacts with children who are legally banned in countries including the Netherlands and Belgium.
The Association Martijn found that all forms of physical intimacy with children should be allowed, asthey as they abide by some guidelines, such as openness to the child's parents and the consent of the child without violence, coercion or force majeure.
Activities of the Association Martijn
Part of the activities related to providing information to members of the association and society as a whole, while another part of the activities concentrated on the entry into the publicity and the search for a dialogue with the press and politics.
OK magazine
The main activity of Martijn was the publication of the controversial Dutch quarterly OK magazine (not to be confused with the English-language glossy magazine). The magazine had a circulation of 500 copies.
"OK" stands for "Older-Kind". It includes essays, prose - among other letters to which sexual acts are described with children -. And illustrations such as pictures of scantily clad or naked children, mostly boys. Further, were published poetry and book reviews. The magazine was sent to the 200 members of the association and was also available in a limited number of bookstores.

Stop Action Committee Martijn
In the Netherlands and Belgium is sexual contact between an adult and a child under sixteen years of age is prohibited by law and, in particular sex with children under twelve is considered a very seriouscrime. They were upset that pictures of their children on a website of an association of pedophiles were portrayed and they wished to keep their children far from (the association) pedophiles.
The website of stop child abuse had been reported on the publication of the photos on the website Martijn.
Martijn accepted that placing the pictures was wrong, but was of the opinion that the association was liable, but the person taking the pictures had posted on the forum.

Ad van den Berg.He confirmed to a reporter that there was indeed child pornography on the seized computers, but he did it for scientific purposes. The parliament debated after the summer of 2011 on the prohibition of the association, following a petition by Henk Bres.
On November 18, 2011 the Court of Appeal did Leeuwarden verdict in an Article 12 procedure, filed on behalf of the parents of an abused child. The complainants wanted the Association was prosecuted for inciting and abetting sexual abuse of their child. The perpetrator would have gotten advice from Martijn. The court saw no reason for prosecution by the Public Prosecutor.
Late 2011 called the OM civil court to ban the association Martijn.
On June 27, 2012 This procedure resulted in the association Martijn was banned by the court in Assen. The judge noted that Martijn glorifies sexual relations between adults and children, and regarded this as a fundamental violation of the rights of the child.
On June 3, 2012, Vereniging Martijn through her lawyer Bart Swier announced its intention to appeal to the courts. [23] By order dated April 2, 2013 destroyed the Arnhem-Leeuwarden court's decision, the court rejected the Assen and yet the appeal of the Public Ministry to dissolve the association.
On 5 March 2014, the Advocate General issued an opinion to the Supreme Court to still prohibit the association. The Supreme Court this opinion on 18 April adopted in its ruling.
