Seriously.. you really should take care of your feet! You know what frustrates me the most people say you should be active and always be in a constant move, but you know what that does to your feet?! The radio says it will create a sist on your foot! and to have it removed you have to have it surgically done! grrr contradiction!

I guess the best way to take care of your feet is to have good shoes, if you can afford them. But there is a limit to exercising --being mad into jogging, etc. can be great for your health in many respects, but there might be damage to feet and knees for life! Everything in moderation then.

That's a modern myth! Jogging is not good for you and you're right in that it can cause more damage in knees and feet!

If you read up about it , it does very little in losing weight, that is best achieved by diet and less inactivety, but not jogging!

I take size 13 shoes, and I find them a damned struggle to get! I'd hate to have to get 14s!

And I never take care of my feet =/. I really need to get a pumice stone or something I think. They're falling apart slowly... piece by piece -vomit-.

I have big feet too...:| 45 the euro size. I went to rent a pair of skates few years ago and the guy at the office was like:"please tell me you don`t have that size!" they barely found a pair for me LOL! My job implies 8 hours of standing with anti-accidents shoes [the ones with iron at the front side] and they weight about 1 Kg each...maybe less maybe more..can`t say right know...but after 8 hours with those shoes, when you take them off it`s like Heaven for the feet!!! And I walk at least 1 Km in those 8 hours at work...depends on the day. I had some...dunno how you call them...the small round hard things that appear on the feet but I applied some patches that soften them and I pulled them out But I can tell you, every evening after I take those shoes off my feet scream: FREEDOM!!!

I think 42 is quite small because I know boys of my age that wear 45 or bigger. For example, my 14 year old friend wears 45 ( and is only 14! ) I'm 18 and I wear 42.

Btw, find my feet quite normal. nice.
