anonymizing pic urls for embedding purposes will not work, therefore u can use picturehosts

you need to download/remote the image from there to such a service:

List Of Prefered & Banned Picture Hosts

for example Picspy supports remote upload
Attention! you need to create a free account there for uploading Adult pics, otherwise files will be removed!

simply copy the original pic url to there

remote-url must end with the image extension (jpeg, jpg, gif, png) otherwise it will not work

Not a whole lot of random highlights around here, I can understand, i think, this kind of linking could be drain on GH bandwidth, ,,, but I think this one deserved a bit of ... sharing
