Without question, the cities of Montreal and Quebec City. I believe there is a municipal ordinance where you must be the hottest to live there. I've introduced several people to the charms of Montreal and the comments are always the same, typically the chorus of "I'm in love" falls off their lips as we stroll around goofing on passersby.
Plus the fashion sense is pretty high. It seems like Montrealers get dressed up just to go walking around , as if they are going out to a nightclub. Its a dramatic difference. As soon as I step back in the states its like all the porkers/heifers all came out.

In summer guys wear short shorts for some reason and women wear these little sun dresses. I don't see anything like it in the States. Must be the short summer, they wear as little as possible when the weather gets good.
Go wherever you want and just try to enjoy your time.
