Unread Visitor Messages

I am trying to figure out how to determine which Visitor Messages are read and unread. In my "Your Notifications" it says I have four unread. But which ones so I can clear the notifications without deleting them all?

Thanks for the help guys!

It just means that since you last logged in you have 4 new messages posted - these will be the top 4 on your page - once you go to your profile page they will be "read" and when you refresh the page it will show as "Unread 0"
