Virtually Impossible Ask

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone could possibly identify a game I would like to play. It is horror genre and the gameplay video I saw years ago was of a male character who is either hunting a deranged serial killer OR is being chased by one. From what I remember its quite gory, and I believe there may have been a supernatural aspect to it. There is definitely torture and at one point the villain manages to capture you, chain you on a table of horrors, and tortures you, while completely naked, and somehow you manage to escape.

I know this basically described a whole bunch of horror genre games, but what stood out about this one is that they actually show the character you would be playing naked. I mean, they show his genitals when he's waking up on the torture table. Its been so long since I've seen the video of this but that detail should set it apart. Anyone have an idea of what game this could be?

I'm fairly sure you're talking about a scene in Outlast (specifically the Whistleblower DLC). Great game!
