Weird message????

So I download a picture set from here and unzipped it and then when I click on one of the photos in windows pic and fax viewer I saw this.




Any Ideas????

The user that you downloaded this from have done something in Microsoft photo editor and the config file is not include. Open the picture in paint, Photoshop. and save it from this software.

No is not. The are program code in picture sours code there is a included ini file and when you re save the picture in a real good photo editor thats goes away
