where can i get "You Have To Say Thanks to See What is Hidden"?

i would like to post more videos and i would like to have the knowledge on how to post the "You Have To Say Thanks to See What is Hidden" ability than many of the posters use for their vids. I need help. I am fairly sure is is a type of URL i must post with my video. HELP. and thanks!::)big hug:
