Jack Blue
Hello flesh84,
I have found some information for you about the second video clip in your post, 'Boy with cap...'
The gorgeous guy is known as Jack Blue. As yet I have found no information about the other guy without the cap.
I have posted several stills from the video clip so you can confirm my identification of the guy with the cap.
Here are some pictures of Jack Blue.
You will notice that the guy with the cap in the video has a tattoo on his left shoulder and so has Jack Blue. The tattoo on the right side of Jack's belly is a later addition.

At last I have found information about your first video clip. The picture below contains some of the information.
Here are some pictures of the guys.
Now to name the guys. The guy with the darker hair is Jakub Nakuda.
Therefore, the guy with the blond hair, [frosted hair], is Mirek Ceslar.
