Does anyone know who this is or where it is from? The only clue I could find is that it is supposedly from something called My husband is Gay but I can't confirm that anywhere.

the other guy is called Preston Ettinger and it's from ph03nixxx.c0m and the episode is called When the Stripper Doesn't Show, the Best Man Steps Up!
