I find it amusing that a logo for that would be on something pornographic. Maybe knowing that will make it easier to locate the boy's name.
I think he might have different names I know him as Harley I hope this is the dude you looking for and can search the vweb....

Thanks to jeslandin and mcdannie I have been able to investigate further.
The guy is indeed Harley James. Look at the picture below which comes from TRM.
Now look at this screen shot from 'British Emo Twinks 1'.
In both pictures Harley James' handcuffs tattoo can be clearly seen.
He appears in Scene 4 of 'British Emo Twinks 1'.
He also appears in the following two movies which have been produced by a studio banned in this Forum.
