I don't, I usually listen to a bit of speech radio and I'm asleep in minutes, even if it's something I'm trying desperately to stay awake and listen to

One reason I never watch TV in bed, it's next to impossible for me, once in bed I'm asleep, once I'm awake I'm up ! Sometimes in both ways , but not so often at my age )
