b/c of his rhetoric....its quite captivatiing...though i don't think it was worth the nobel prize...perhaps if we waited and see the effect of his rhetoric then there might have been just cause...we'll just have to wait and see what he does in the nxt 3 years.

and ask the ACTUAL committee members? He didn't ask for the award - it was just awarded to him and you could tell he wasn't too comfortable about it...go to the source.

Obama deserves that Nobel Prize. And let me tell you why. Bush did a lot and Obama does nothing and that's why world community appreciate it. Bravo Obama!

Obama does have a lot of power, and he has made decisions, and should be held responsible them; there needs to be less excusing analysis of the rich and powerful, and more justice. Winning the Nobel War Prize by escalating the race to kill as many peasants in "Af/Pak" as possible, and bombing 23 children to death in Yemen just days ago should not go unpunished; perhaps a special ceremony at The Hague is in order. Also, Obama's amazing talents in international negotiation, as highlighted by his behavior at Copenhagen, needs special praise.
