According to the leaks France's Presidents, cabinet ministers and other officials have been secretly monitored by the NSA.
I wonder do they gather information that can be used to blackmail french politicians... in case bribes and brown-envelopes aren't enough?
What should France do to protect it's independence and its interests when targeted in this way by a much larger country, a super-power?
Will the US reign itself in, or engage in even more aggressive and expansive spying in the future?
