I would totally sell mine for as much as I could get...depending on who needed it. Like I would give away my kidney for free to Tiger Woods or Donald Trump?...fork it over bitches!!! Now if it was my neighbor who desparately needed one, and I was a match I would donate anything in a heartbeat too.

There's a difference between donating and selling. Selling just seems so mercenary.
We aren't allowed to sell them over here but we can donate.
