Mine started as a joke. A friend on Facebook asked for a picture of me. I knew he had a thing for skin heads so I posted this picture. It's hard to tell because the avatar is so small, but the cat has been shaved. He then posted it on his blog along with a post I sent to him so it became my avatar. I did have it altered to add the fire, I thought it went better with my screen name...

Mine, which I've been wanting to change for weeks, is the pizza parlor that can be seen on the opening credits of The Sopranos and is located 3 blocks from my house in the town next door. Many scenes from The Sopranos were filmed in my town...including those at the butcher and some from the bar (which ironically enough was filmed at the Irish American Club). That would be the town's claim to fame, if one even cared for The Sopranos.

But the pizza is really good at Pizzaland and a large cheese is just $10!!!!!

My avatar is a portrait my boyfriend took of me a few weeks ago. I used to be overweight, flabby, and out of shape. When I hit 40 I decided I wanted to be healthy again, so I started working out like a fiend with a personal trainer. The result was I got very fit, a stomach flatter than when I was twenty, and I met the love of my life when he noticed me at the gym.
