Step 1: Split Files

Each post to Gay Heaven must present a download option for free users (i.e. users that do not have a premium account at the file host). Be aware that different file hosts have different maximum file size restrictions for free users.

For MediaFire (our most recommended file host, and the host used in this tutorial) the maximum file size is 200 MB. If your file is >200MB, then it must be split into smaller files before creating your post. Learn how to do that here: Splitting Files using HJ-Split

Step 2: Upload Files

Mediafire is very stable and you can download several files in parallel as a free user. Check it out, including an excellent video tutorial of its features here: MediaFire

Step 3: Make Screen Captures

Always include visible screencaps or pictures when posting video links. If you use pictures instead of screencaps they must clearly show the actors and sequences of the activity in the video.

All posted pictures/screencap must be clearly viewable as they are, or be able to enlarge so they are clearly viewable. Just thumbnails or pictures in thumbnail size are not acceptable.

Step 4: Upload Screen Captures

Now that you've created your screencaps, you need to upload them to an approved picture host. All posted pictures/screen captures must be clearly viewable as they are, or be able to enlarge so they are clearly viewable. Just thumbnails or pictures in thumbnail size are not acceptable. Money generating picture hosts are not allowed in Gay Heaven.
