A question on hostfiles

A question which intrigues me : for the first time, Hotfile deleted me a file (notification DMCA, a movie 8teenboy). It means that they can scan the contents of an archive? A means to protect itself ? For example, put systematically a password? Thank you for your information on this question.

first of all congratulations that HF deleted the very first time one of your files - you should be happy - don't want to tell you the number of my deleted files on different hosts

How did you name your file ? Any names of actors or other details which could be googled by HX or even an HX-rat searching on several forums !? Of course the hosts can unpack archives which are unprotected by a password.

With "sensitive" studios a password-protected and renamed file will give you for sure more security
