Annoying pop-up balloon

I don't know how it happened, maybe I accidentally clicked /dragged something that activated it but I've started getting this balloon window popping up whenever the cursor is on a live link and cannot work out how to turn it off.~X( Anyone know the answer to removing this irritant?


EDIT - Sorted! I found out it was an issue with the "status bar"

Just out of curiosity, which browser are you using? Interesting balloon window appearing lol
