Maybe mcxxdd, but not usually. Don't know what happened to most of these guys, but usually, they end up retiring (Leo MIGHT still strip although that was about two years ago when that was announced. He doesn't do porn however and he did officially retire, at least for right now) or they end up escorting or going back to escorting, going into straight porn, or going on to live more "normal" lives. I know I've seen quite a few ex-pornstars on a4a.com and some other escorting sites, and webcam sites like flirt4free and cam4. You can also check the menofporn (menofporn. typepad. com) blog too, they update quite a bit on info of stars that go "missing" or change their names. That's why its often so hard to find certain pornstars cause their names are constantly changing, especially when they appear somewhere else under a different name and different look. Just keep your eyes open and you're bound to see one of these guys pop up again, in some form or fashion.
