Anyone tried GayBrite's matchmaking services?

Hi all,

It's Rocky and I'm kinda new to this scene, so I'm asking for some advice, if you please.
For a couple of weeks, I'm trying to find a fab guy on the web, using classifieds and dating sites, but no luck. So I decided to go with one of the gay matchmakers with a proven track record.

A buddy of mine told me good things about GB (GayBrite dotcom) and I also saw some great reviews about the guy who runs this service. But before I put my money into it, I'd like to see your opinion about it, if you have any experience.

Hey Rocky! Welcome to the scene, and welcome to GH! The best way that I can tell you on how to find that "fab" guy is: not to try to "find" the fab guy. The perfect fab guy is the one that drops into your lap unexpectedly. Me and my boyfriend have been together for a little over three years now and we met just on coincidence. I've had friends of mine try different sites and apps like Tinder and Grindr and though they are pretty good at the one time hookup, they pretty well seem to suck for finding a boyfriend.

So my advice is to just live your life, do things that you like to do, join different groups and such, and then that fab guy that you are looking for will also find you.

Put as many baits as you can. HustleMe15 advice is good, but I wouldn't totally give up on the apps either. I met my boyfriend threw one of the worst ones. It depends lot on your area. We only have one gay bar here, and I actually had to agree, when some of my friends told, that the place had kinda freakshow vibe to it. Interesting, but not what I want from my guy Also if your area is very gay friendly, you can find that fab guy any where. I usually had had more luck in regular bars for example, but some I've met randomly else where.
