are download problems increasing of late across the board?

Seems downloading is getting more and more screwed up.

Well, fileserve and filesonic on free option haven't been too bad really in the past, but the last couple of days it's really gone up shit creek....

After inserting captchas (one of the most irritating things ever invented by man) just hang and nothing happens. Unfortunately the same thing has happened with filesonic, which all the time comes up with this after captcha:

I am just getting so f******** tired of putting in these damn ultra irritating captchas and all for nothing.

Hotfile also seems to be going downhill, downloads etc. are OK but noticed tons of files have been removed, due to copyright, etc.

This whole file sharing thing seems to be going down the pan...

One thing I always fail to understand- why do people actually use these crap services? Gayheaven recommends Mediafire. I have tried it and it's very good- and FREE !!

Why do people then go and pay for shite like, Oron , etc?

It's especially irritating when the captcha doesn't even use the alphabet that's on my keyboard. I noticed though that sometimes it will go through when you make a mistake, and sometimes you can't even read it and it goes through. It doesn't even make any sense. Sometimes it goes through if you enter it quickly, and won't go through if you go more slowly. Captcha Sucks.

The multi-coloured ones are worst for me. I might have colour vision problems because I find light blues and light reds against a grey background (or vice-versa) really hard to resolve.

Oh and captchas using accents or even the Cyrillic alphabet. WTF....!

That five to ten seconds where you wait and wonder if the captcha has been accepted is fun though, isn't it? It reduces me to babbling, 'Please don't piss me about....Please don't piss me about...' repeated over and over until the download sparks into life.

The indignities we are prepared to suffer just for a bit of free cock!

Well I don't think they will exclude captchas anytime soon, it has been raised a couple of times and those filehosts won't listen :/

Anyway the thing about those captchas is that you need to only have ONE correct for it to be accepted. So if you get characters you don't know just get right the next word and it will be fine
