It's something about religious . I live in Turkey and Im kinda Muslim ( i dont know if i am ) , so if you are Muslim you have to be cut . most parents do it when the baby was just born .

thank you but actually i like being cut and i find cut people more sexy , i dont know why but i totally agree that people must be free to chose . i also had the surgery when i was a small child so i didnt have to regret . beside if i refused , my dad would kill me hahaha
