Are You Experienced?

I've been an avid Star Trek fan since the beginning of Trek Time.

Unfortunately I've never had the opportunity to take in a ComicCon or Trek Convention in all these decades.

How about you? Are you 'Experienced'? Do you go in costume? If you have any pics please share.

I'm a big fan of Star Trek, but I've never done a con, and have no interest in one.

For me the "real" Star Trek is TNG, I prefer Pikard's brains of Kirk's brawn, and I had a bit of a crush on Wesley when I was a teen.

I only recently discovered TOS properly through a wonderful weekly podcast called Mission Log - the hosts analyse one episode a week, and are slowly making their way through all of Star Trek. At the moment they just finished all of TOS, and they're about to start the Animated Series (2 episodes a week here since they are shorter).

I'm not a Star Trek fan, not because I don't like it, but because I've never seen it.
I might have seen clips of it when I was a kid and decided it wasn't for me ? I don't remember.
''Star Trek'' makes me think of the characters from The Big Bang Theory as they're into it, and use words like 'klingon' etc.

Yeah, that was the idea for the name of the thread. Judging by Thread Views there aren't as many of us who make that connection as I thought, hehe.

Maybe I should have named it 'Would You Fuck E.T.'. That might have gotten more views and replies, maybe. I think I'll start a thread with that name and compare the results for both threads.
